Herbert U. Pegues II MD FAAFP
Dr. Pegues is a board certified family physician with industry experience on provider, payor and academic sides, both private and public organizations. He is a graduate of Grinnell College in Iowa and received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Chicago and completed the Family Medicine Residency at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He has held clinical faculty appointments at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, University of South Florida, Nova Southeastern. Dr. Pegues is certified by the Amercian Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Lura Springfels, ARNP
Lura Springfels is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a retired Commander, having served in the United States Navy for twenty years as a nurse, then a nurse practitioner. Her focus is on health promotion, disease prevention and health education. Her skills include woman screening exams, adolescent and sports physicals, well child visits, diabetes management and weight management.

Dr Zoe Salgado
I am a board certified family physician and member of the American Academy of Family Phisicans and the Florida Medical Association. I went to Ross University School of Medicine and maintained Dean's List status throughout my education. I performed most of my clinical hospital rotations at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, CA. My residency in family medicine was done at Emory University School of Medicine. My areas of special interest and study included geriatrics with special focus and research on vitamins.
As a family physician, I am trained in all aspects of primary care including female well exams, joint injections, and skin procedures.
